The Ansari Institute mourns the loss of great scholar, priest, and father of liberation theology Gustavo Gutiérrez. A Dominican priest, he also served as Notre Dame’s John Cardinal O’Hara Endowed professor of theology. His wisdom will continue to shape the Church for generations.
