@SwiggyCares What is the benefit of paying for swiggy memberships if these are the services? The whole coffee was ruined, and all the cookie, the cream was completely dissolved by the time it was delivered. The potato puff was completely cold and had become so hard. Very pathetic delivery.

@SwiggyCares The order took almost 80 minutes for delivery. It was placed at a nearby Starbucks which was hardly 2-3kms away from my place. Almost took 40-50 minutes for the delivery agent, despite several call attempts. There was no customer support to assist with the app.Very Poor response
