@TeamKnowhowUK maintain 100% failure record. Order not delivered on time. Numerous DMs ignored for weeks Emailed on 13/5 & 27/5 gave 23 days when collection possible. 2 June they confirmed by email& txt collection by@DPD on 5 June. No collection,total silence couldn’t make it up.

After months of trying to return a product emails tweets and DMs @TeamKnowhowUK finally sent me a message to say package will be collected 11.05. Small problem no date no place. Will now doubtless add more time. Will never make the mistake of buying from this outfit again.
