This is the moment for Texas authorities to stand their ground.

A California couple demanded the surrogate mother abort the baby, Gabriel, after he was diagnosed with a treatable heart condition, HLHS.

The surrogate mother refused - she offered to adopt and raise the baby. They are now at UTSW in Dallas, which has a near 100% success rate for treating this type of heart condition.

Despite this, the parents are demanding the surrogate give the baby to them in California after Gabriel is born.

What will they do with that baby? "Palliative care."

This is just a euphemism for murder, infanticide - because they see baby Gabriel as material product they bought and incubated in a peasant woman, there is no problem for them to throw it out in the garbage.

But the Texas AG's Office cannot let that happen because Gabriel is not a piece of trash but a baby boy. Now is the moment for them to stand stand their ground - ignore anything a California Judge mandates, resist any internal resistance from Texas liberals, compel the cowards at UTSW to act against the rot that has overcome their souls.

Send the Texas Rangers, call up the local police, gather the citizens. Anything to prevent Gabriel from being stolen by the baby killers in California.

The “fundraiser” was a scam from the start.

Alyssa Milano held what she called a fundraiser for her son’s baseball team. Federal investigators say she collected “donations” from more than 30,000 people across 22 states — almost all of them her Instagram followers.

According to U.S. Attorney Jon Raebro of the Northern District of Michigan: “She used her own son to scam her fan base. In the end, she made more than $600,000.”Out of that massive haul, Milano gave the team just $10,000… and pocketed the rest.

She’s now facing interstate commerce charges.

The same washed-up actress who loves lecturing America about morality just got caught using her child as bait to fleecing her own followers.
