TOMORROW is #WorldMentalHealthDay. We prepare with this warm message: Low battery should mean rest and selfcare! Don’t push yourself too hard - we all need time to think, relax, and reload. RT to remind others <3
Today, on #WorldMentalHealthDay, we’re calling for strengthened action to provide services for the mental health of young people.
RT if you agree with us that there is no health without mental health.

Former Pres. Obama denounces a politics "that pretends to be brave and tough, but in fact is borne of fear. John called on us to be bigger than that. He called on us to be better than that." https://t.co/qPSvgqGwxJ
@AJStream Let's not forget, though, that oil wealth is not an end in itself. The doors it unlocks for Guyana depends on the people managing it, and their ability to harness the skills of Guyanese, and others in the field, to develop prudent and transparent plans/programs.
@AJStream The average Guyanese wants his/her quality of life to improve. Investments in necessary public infrastructure, public security and the education and health systems are crucial. Also, higher wages for public servants to help stem the brain drain, and opportunities for the youth.
@AJStream Guyana's most important resource is its people, not oil. The country will benefit significantly if oil wealth is used to invest heavily in its people, and to develop social services and systems that are lacking; oil wealth should not be concentrated in the hands of a few.
