Yesterday I met a guy who's doing $31,000 MRR with vibe coding simple apps for businesses.
He reached out to:
- Barbers
- Gyms
- Salons
- Dentists
- Restaurants
Etc
And offered them to make them a mobile app to book appointments.
Thats it. Just a simple app that lets you book appointments!
He's using Replit & Bolt to make these custom apps in react native and sell them as a subscription.
$1500 one-time payment + $249/month/client
In 5 months, he's doing $31k MRR with a team of 3 now.
He started running ads for the last 2 months and got a good number of clients from there.
That tells me there's a huge demand of local apps for small and mid-size businesses (SMBs).
All you need to do is pick one ise case (apps to book appointments in this case) and just reach out to clients with an irresistible offer.
I can build these apps in 45 minutes.
I'd use @CodeGuidedev to turn my thoughts (idea of the app) into coding docs for AI.
Then, I'd use Bolt/v0/Replit and attach the (unified document from CodeGuide).
Then, build my v1 of the app. Deploy it and test.
Show it to the client and close $1500 build fee + $400/month retainer to maintain and expand the app.
Plus, you can upsell them on ad package. Manage socials etc.
There's alot you can do once you have a solid offer to sell.
Don't overcomplicate stuff. All you need is to go out there and ship 1 solution for 1 problem for 1 type of businesses.
Thats the secret masterplan.
@JeffFisch Aim 9 is IR not radar guided and I believe most Russian SU 30 lack an IR warning sensor and so wouldnβt see it coming unless visually identified it
