If you’re a non-surgeon but have to do a procedure in the OR, *do not* wear scrubs.
Wear the bunny suit and the poofiest bouffant cap you can find.
(This immediately marks you as an clueless outsider deserving of the OR staff’s sympathy and assistance.)
