It was refunded to Connexions Loyalty Travel - but WHY ?!

It was e credit it should of gone back to an ecredit

@Delta When the Vegas ticket was cancelled where would one expect to get a credit ?

An e-credit as that’s what form was used

However the refund specialist refunded to some master card (not mine) from 2020

Apparently when you book credit card points an intermediary is used

Why is it my responsibility that a delta refund specialist returned the money to a credit card from 2020 that’s not mine - it should of been an Ecredit ..they made the mistake even the delta representative told me on the call review the call

@SouthwestAir Appreciate the response ..in all the years flying with my daughter or son never an issue. also we had two upgraded boarding passes,I would of been fine if I could of taken my daughter and held my wife back but instead we lost one of the upgraded boarding passes #verydissapointed
