Someone I know in the US had one and was charged 100K USD. With a one day stay in the hospital.

@Sassafrass_84 You should research medical costs in Japan. Where I live, the most you'd pay in a single visit for a child is 800 yen. That's around 5 USD. Oh and medicine is free too depending.
