@AVILLAFANPOD The poorest area for us is the phones. I had a one week window to move my ST. Tried to call for 3 consecutive days being on hold for over an hour on each of the attempts and couldn't get through. Not once. I did get numerous automated messages about a Pink gig though. It's crap.

@Primark .@primark DMd you 5 days ago as you asked and no response. Looks like you pretend to care publicly and can't even be bothered to respond privately. Don't care about customer experience and you're happy to let security guards bully their way to an early finish. Poor show.

.@primark extremely disappointed to be turned away from your store in Redditch @shopkingfisher at 5.53 when you're open until 6. The security guard said they're closing and I should manage my time better. Wouldn't tell me his name, works for brooknight. Poor customer service.
