@LewisHHenley@JoelWebbon This is the type of content unbelievers are drawn to. When my Sunday school teacher told me that modeling the love of Jesus every day would show people that Christians have an eternal hope, this is exactly what he was thinking of.
Are you a member of your local church?
One of my graphs demonstrated the increase of 'anger' emotion for @JoelWebbon. The claim is that the CN crowd is using anger to rowel up young men to join their cause (not unlike the left's movements in the past). This graph demonstrates Joel's descent into negativity. 1/3
@Neo_Paulinite@JoelWebbon Couple of things
1. The apostle Paul would be horrified that you claim to follow his teachings with your pattern of extremely obscene speech.
2. I don’t see why you have data in quotes. Are you questioning if this is representative of Webbon’s speech?
@berry_1337@RealMattFradd “Or does not the potter have authority over the clay, to make from the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for dishonorable use?”
Romans 9:21 LSB
@not_our_guy Didn’t we collectively eviscerate Omar when she said 9/11 terrorists “did some things?” Isn’t saying Hitler “made some bad decisions” the exact same downplaying that we all agreed was asinine?
"We have our city in heaven. Let us not therefore seek things here as though we were citizens here."
"The Heavenly City, while it sojourns on earth, calls citizens out of all nations... During its pilgrimage on earth it makes use of the peace of Babylon, but only as a pilgrim."
If you look in the archives, you can see Joel commenting on current day topics acknowledging the postmillennial hope not being rooted to any specific country, but the overall advancement of the kingdom. Contrast that with the recent "I'm tired, boss" trends. Striking. 3/3
You can see that there has been a steady decline in Joel's tone over time. I thought I would compare Joel's tone to an anti-CN personality, @HwsEleutheroi. Notice the striking difference in their tone. 2/3
@MerylHepburn@willspencer@JoelWebbon LDA is a common text analysis tool used to discover hidden topics in an undefined corpus. It’s used in research all the time, here’s a link to a decent Wikipedia explanation (don’t read the model section unless you’re ready to get really math intensive). https://t.co/36VzDobefv
One criticism against the CN crowd is that they have become politicians rather than pastors. Here, I present an LDA topic model. Notice the topic "Gospel" collapses to zero while "Jew/Nationalism" and "Government" skyrocket. @JoelWebbon is leaving the gospel behind.
One of the biggest criticisms I have with Christian nationalism is how often it becomes associated with an ethnostate. A great example of this is @JoelWebbon. You can see that his usage of race-based terms has rapidly accelerated over the last year and a half. 1/2
This is an important clarification because topic modeling gains strength as corpus size increases, so this model is much stronger than if I simply used tweets. Hope that helps! 2/2
This graph from yesterday needs one major clarification. Every other graph I’ve posted has been an analysis of @JoelWebbon’s twitter activity. This one, however, uses the transcripts from every podcast posted to his YouTube page (even the roughly 40 deleted ones). 1/2

@WartburgTower@marcedbygrace@JoelWebbon One second thought— my intent is that people view all of my evidence together as a package. It isn’t *just* the increase in some language, it’s that in conjunction with everything else.
How should pastors speak? In some way, the standard for pastors is higher, as the NT says not all of us should be teachers. Here, I present @JoelWebbon’s use of profanity over time. Now, I know there are some cases where Christians properly use certain words. 1/2
