6.if one is not issued & an object is tested and found to be antique is the competency of the issuer compromised, are they liable to court action for losses incurred by the owner?
7.where are certificates issued?
8.what if two issuers disagree about the same object?

LOOK CAREFULLY, this lidded cup & spice container made c.1650 has survived intact! Turned from solid planewood for drinking “Possett”, it has a tiny IVORY FINIAL which may soon make it ILLEGAL. Yes honestly. Tune in to Radio 4 “Today” programme tomorrow & see if it makes sense.
