@BradshawOwen @alphafox If the trucker sped up to deliberately prevent a car from merging, they may be found at fault. But this trucker seemed to be on cruise control and too lazy to switch it off. For speeding to matter, it has to be a significant contributing factor to the collision, which it isn’t.

@BradshawOwen @alphafox Are you sure that’s true? In the US, the black pickup truck is 100% at fault here. Easy call. While it would have been polite for the semi truck to slow down and give him space, he isn’t required to do so. A driver always has authority to maintain his lane.
