@RSohnMD Can you give me a reference for your RFR cutoff? As far as i know only dFFR (diastolic FFR) is kind of validated in this indication. Do you have experience with RFR (full cycle) vs. iFR (wave free/ diastolic)?

55y old 👩‍💼 with recurrent angina. 2016 prior #angiography without significant CAD + Feb. 2024 where myocardial bridging of LAD was suspected. Follow-Up angiography + physiology April 2024. Currently on Betablockers. How would you treat her?
