@urbian Such an honour, in the world of web3 and crypto the @joincommonwlth team really stand out. They've been hard at work for 3 years building significant infrastructure and value. I am so looking forward to seeing this face-melting awesomeness reach those for whom this was built.
Not being sure of the exact steps to take is part of the story of almost every successful entrepreneur.
The faster you make decisions, the faster you find out what works and what doesn’t.
The faster you pick up momentum.
If you have a culture that punishes failure of any kind even small, people won’t make decisions and your momentum will slow.
I’ve worked with so many corporates where the speed of execution is embarrassingly slow and it’s not because the people are incompetent it’s because there’s a culture that punishes failure.
And this is the reason why startups can beat the big incumbents in the market.
The reality is if someone feels the price they paid is not worth the value they were expecting, they are either going to:
1. Try and ask for their money back;
2. Never buy from you again;
3. Actively advise against others from buying from you.
Either of these options is expensive for you.
While many of us think of value as synonymous with price – we are wrong. Value can only be truly evaluated long after a purchase is made.

This is a real challenge for us moving forward as AI embeds itself everywhere. @Google is now having to quickly deal with the influx of AI-generated 'duplicate' content.
This is my family and I going out for a little celebratory dinner on the launch of ManyHands.
I’ve spent the last 2 years locked in my home office for 16-18 hours including weekends building this startup.
