2019 → AIADMK in power; Sengottaiyan was Education & Sports Minister.
2025 → Under the DMK govt, an FIR was finally registered and the legal process began.
2026 → The POCSO court questioned the police report and directed further inquiry.

So, Minister @CTR_NirmalKumar, if you can drag Thalaivar Stalin into this matter and make political allegations, why is there no question for Sengottaiyan or about the functioning of the police during the earlier periods?

The important point is simple: let the law take its course.

The process of bringing this matter into the criminal-justice system was initiated in 2025. The present court proceedings should now be allowed to determine the facts and responsibility.

While Vijay’s government is struggling to find a political script for a by-election, please don’t turn a sensitive POCSO matter involving innocent children into a political campaign script.

If there are questions, investigate them.
If there are failures, fix them.
If there is evidence, prosecute.

But please don’t politicise this case.

Those responsible must face the law whoever they are, whenever the alleged acts occurred, and regardless of which political camp they belong to.

Let the investigation speak. Let the court decide. Not political rhetoric.

பிப்ரவரி 2026: வீடியோவில் இருந்த சிறுமியின் அடையாளத்தைக் கண்டறிய முடியவில்லை எனக் கூறி சென்னை காவல்துறை வழக்கை முடித்துக்கொள்ளும் அறிக்கையை (Closure Report) போக்சோ நீதிமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்தது. அதோடு தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்ற தேர்தல் நடைமுறைகள் அமலுக்கு வந்துவிட்டன. ஆட்சி மாற்றமும் நடந்துவிட்டது.
