@AmazonHelp @amazonIN You’re asking me to complete KYC again, even though I’ve already completed it successfully 4 times. My Amazon Pay wallet is active and KYC is already completed.

Why is KYC required for a refund to the same credit card used for payment? Don't force me to go legal.

@amazonIN Order 405-5582834-0212335: I cancelled 1 of 3 fresh shipments, but the refund is still pending. Support says “suspicious activity” and asks for KYC again, despite my KYC already being successfully completed multiple times. Why is KYC needed for a credit-card refund?

@AjioCares Hi . I had ordered elasted waistband cargo pants. You can compare with images on product page. I have received normal trousers with fixed waistband. In product image backside has pocket covers also. I have received without pocket cover. It clearly says skinny but i ordered baggy.
