I'm watching Irish TV program re shopping well etc. It's preaching about buying local Irish produced food, seasonal, no highly processed. Who's saying it - ppl well off, who can afford it 🤦🏻

Made the most delicious hash browns! 🥔😋 Russet potatoes peeled & boiled whole for only 10 mins, cooled & grated. Added garlic & onion powder, sweet paprika, salt & pepper, 3 Tbsp potato flour, lots of nooch! Deep fried 🤤 Such a simple thing & sooo good!

It's an evening for cosy slippers, hot cocoa & movie 🍂 not sitting in a chilly (AC on full blast) office... Only few hours more!
