While I appreciate this response, I strongly feel that invoice must be mandatory and the concerned buyer should not take pain thru such process.

I am travelling in 20818 Tejas/Rajdhani Bhubaneswar Exp. The IRCTC food vendor is unable to give me an invoice for the payment I made against the food I ate inside the train. I want the payment invoice. My seat number is 38,39, 40.
