1/ After 4 years of loving my Samsung S21 Ultra, I’m finally breaking up with Samsung. Why? Because their customer service has been an absolute masterclass in evading responsibility. Buckle up, this is a good one. 👇 #SamsungFail#GoodbyeSamsung@SamsungIndia@SamsungMobile
@DeoghuriaSuman1@SamsungIndia Visit a Samsung Service Centre, where the free replacement will be initially denied. Ensure a job sheet is created, then escalate the matter by writing to the Service Head or the CEO Helpdesk team requesting a review. You should receive a call within 3–4 days.
@NihalSpd Only after interacting with Samsung India's customer service does one realize that we deserve much better support for the price we pay for their flagship products. It’s clear they don't really care.
The only suggestion I can offer is to try escalating it to the Service Head or CEO Helpdesk and request a review for a free replacement.
In my case, nothing worked. Even the NCH grievance was closed by Samsung India, citing that it's out of warranty. Legal action is the only option left.
Most of these devices used Samsung displays. And frankly, no other brand plays the bait-and-switch game quite like Samsung. They’re quick to publish announcements about free replacements and extended support for the infamous green line issue, only to later deny eligibility using vague, arbitrary excuses.
Despite widespread reports, Samsung hasn’t issued a clear official statement acknowledging the defect.
@krrishgupta04@harinarayananpc You will get this one reason from numerous users. Or you can just search 'Samsung green line' here on X to know the Samsung situation!
@arpanghosh_ If you already have a job sheet created, try escalating to Service Head or CEO Helpdesk team and request a review for a free replacement. If they still don't agree then try raising a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline.

@subho87reddevil@Pmkphotoworks Nope, that's my S21 Ultra and the comment was about choosing Samsung. And till the time Samsung releases a official statement on this issue, no model is safe from it. People are already seeing this issue in S24.

Samsung fam! ⚠️
Really disappointing to see more green line issues popping up on the Galaxy S24 series 😤
Even worse—Samsung is now ignoring the free display replacement. That’s unacceptable.
We need to raise our voice 📢
Samsung should offer at least a 3-year display replacement for this issue for all its devices.
This isn’t what we expect from a brand like Samsung.
Everything runs smoothly until you have to deal with Samsung India's customer service. Unfortunately, they show little to no concern. If you search for 'Samsung green line' here on X, you'll find numerous people sharing similar experiences over the past two years. It seems that, perhaps due to Indian laws, there is virtually no accountability

Dear @nandu79@undertecher@ShubhKaamNaAaye@AS1F_IQ@RajivMakhni@siddharthc18@shruti_shekar,
Thousands of Indian consumers are struggling with the #SamsungGreenLine screen failure on premium Galaxy phones. While @SamsungIndia is offering a free one-time screen replacement, this is limited to just two models and comes with several conditions, leaving many affected users without support.
Please help amplify this issue and hold Samsung accountable. We need transparency and real solutions, not silence.
If you’re affected, please share your story below.

@warnesyworld Only if talking to someone can be taken as evidence! I’m sure he also mentioned the S-400’s center of gravity and the Rafales’ emotional trauma. Fascinating how entire kill chains collapse in conversations.
@tarunvats33 It’s concerning that Samsung hasn’t released a detailed statement on the green line issue, even after more than two years.
S25 would be next!

@harinarayananpc Samsung's pretty solid until that dreaded green line shows up. Then you really get to see what their customer support is all about. On top of it they run a free replacement campaign to mislead customers and potential buyers
