@policybazaar this is outrageous. I paid for my car insurance on 15 May, completed inspection & all formalities, yet no policy issued. Now being forced to pay ₹343 extra for a “variant update.” This is unethical & stressful—risking a lapse due to your delay. Fix this urgently.

Hi @Bajaj_Finserv, it already been 10 days. A 21-day TAT for LOD and Foreclosure documents feels quite stretched, considering these are essential for closing processes. Would really appreciate any possible prioritization to expedite this request. Thanks for your support.

@ICICIBank_Care this is regarding missuse of my fastag. Amount getting deducted for some toll locations in Madhya Pradesh while my car is securely parked in my home in Faridabad. How is this possible? This is unsafe. Kindly attend/guide/resolve/report this. HELP!

@airindia URGENT!! It’s been a week since I made the payment on 7 Jan for travel certificate. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’m told to "be patient" while the issue remains unresolved. This reflects an extremely poor customer support experience. Even the nodal officer is unresponsive.
