Today TAR Extension Hearing in various High Court's as follows:
1. Allahabad High Court
2. Bombay High Court
3. Delhi High Court
4. Madhya Pradesh High Court
5. Punjab and Haryana High Court

There court be more hearings, I might not be aware. You can update in comment.

If they plan to extend date they will reply during the hearing that they are considering extension therefore, no need for hearing.

Otherwise, Khelte rahiye Court-Court Extension-Extension.

Today, on 25th I can't even say that extension should be timely... It's already too late.

जरा सोच कर बताओ , वो आपकी representation और letters को कितना मान देता होगा?

अब अगर डिपार्टमेंट राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट का ऑर्डर को रोकने और बाक़ी हाई कोर्ट में लगी Writ के ख़िलाफ़ सुप्रीम कोर्ट अगर जाता है तो ये

1) ICAI की बेज़्ज़ती होगी, क्यूँकि उन्होंने ख़ुद Request दिया है

2) Infosys की जीत होगी, की चाहे वो काम करे ना करे, हम उसको कुछ नहीं बोलेंगे

3) लाखो taxpayer और टैक्स consult के लिए ये संदेश होगा की तुम चाहे ट्वीट करो या Request करो, भाड़ में जाओ, हम तो वही करेंगे, जो हमारी मर्जी होगी

4) इनकी बदमाशी होगी एकदम

कल तक पता चल जाएगा, की ये लोग क्या करते है और करना चाहते है

Big News - Karnataka High Court order For Date Extension 30 Days

Hon’ble High Court has ruled in favour of KSCAA. The Court has directed CBDT to extend the due date for Tax Audit by 30 days.
