@nickmmark Had a pt just like this, massive HF exacerbation with MRSA pneumonia; started on lasix 80mg twice. I/O was getting better for the first 2 days, then palliative came in and changed the code to DNR/DNI; no intubation as well. Pt died on the same day of code change.
