“Instead of going through the formality of introducing a 27th constitutional amendment through a sham parliament, it would be better to openly declare a monarchy, because what exists today is outright dictatorship, forcibly imposed on the country.

The very foundation of Pakistan was laid on La Ilaha Illallah (There is no god except Allah), a declaration that liberates mankind from all forms of slavery. Our country was freed from British rule through immense sacrifices to establish a nation where every citizen would enjoy personal liberties. But the situation is completely the opposite. A mafia seeks to keep the entire nation enslaved. I am willing to endure solitary confinement in a dark prison cell, but I will never accept slavery. And that is my message to everyone: it is better to choose imprisonment than to live in such bondage. What is the value of freedom if, outside these walls, we are not truly free? Iqbal’s Shaheen (eagle) soars high, it does not live in servitude.

I give this call to the entire nation, especially to the workers and supporters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf: Launch a movement after Ashura against the tyrannical system that has gripped this country. For me, death would be better than accepting a system built on slavery.

Every attempt is being made to suppress my voice so that my message does not reach the people and no one dares to stand up against oppression. But I will resist tyranny until my very last breath. I have complete faith in my Creator that this shadow of injustice will soon be lifted from Pakistan.

There are four pillars integral to any democracy: the right to vote, the rule of law, moral integrity, and a free press. The 26th Constitutional Amendment has effectively dismantled all four:

1. The Right to Vote: A dictator has no need for public mandate; he governs through force. The illegitimate assemblies formed via Forms-47, and the subsequent distribution of reserved seats, have only reinforced the perception among the people that their votes hold no value.

2. The Rule of Law: The judiciary has been reduced to a subordinate department of the government. Courts are packed with handpicked judges, while independent judges have been silenced. This is a hallmark of martial law, not democracy.

3. Moral Fabric of Society: This amendment has buried all ethical values. Individuals who are not true representatives of the people now occupy seats in the assemblies. Horse-trading of assembly members continues with impunity, and even the judiciary operates under the thumb of this mafia.

4. Free Media: Under a dictatorship, the media is bound in chains. Freedom of expression has been entirely curbed. Independent journalists are being targeted, while the rest have been bought off.

Peaceful protest is a fundamental democratic and constitutional right. Yet, 26 of our MPAs were suspended for staging a protest in the Punjab Assembly. I commend Ahmad Bhachar and all PTI MPAs who had the courage to challenge these pharaohs. Until our 26 members are reinstated, our elected representatives should hold their own assembly outside. The Form-47-based assemblies do not represent the people, in any case.”

“We have knocked on every door, but no one has listened. I had asked for dialogue only once, and that too was conditional upon commissions to investigate the events of November 26th (2024) and May 9th (2023) being formed. It was Asim Munir who ordered the shooting of unarmed civilians on November 26th. I reiterate there is no longer any room for dialogue because this group has completely hijacked the entire system.

I have instructed Barrister Gohar, Salman Akram Raja, Ali Amin Gandapur, and Junaid Akbar to ensure the protest movement runs with full force. The objective of this movement must be the restoration of justice, the supremacy of law, and the protection of the Constitution. If we fail to raise our voices in the streets, this group of oppressors will gradually finish off our parliamentary party as well. I am standing firm; all of you must also stand firm.

Eighty percent of the people of Pakistan stand with me and we are entitled to fight for our rights. I am aware that 90% of the electoral fraud took place between polling and the compilation of results. I campaigned for the implementation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) for two years. If EVMs had been used on February 8th (2024), the game would have ended there and then. I still say today: if transparent elections are desired, EVMs must be introduced, and rigging will end once and for all.”

بات پھر وہی جب “گوبر حکومتیں” آئیں گی تو “گوبر فیصلے”ہوں گے اور “گوبر ٹیکس” لگیں گے۔۔

عمران خان جیسی قدآور شخصیت جس نے ہمیشہ پاکستان کا نام روشن کیا اور بطور پاکستان کے سابق وزیراعظم ان کے ساتھ ، ایک بائیس گریڈ کے ملازم کے حکم پر جس طرح کا جیل میں ناروا رویہ رکھا گیا ہے اس کا نتیجہ یہ نکلا ہے کہ عمران خان کی دائیں آنکھ کو ناقابل تلافی نقصان پہنچ چکا ہے۔
سب جانتے ہیں کہ کس طرح تین ماہ تک طبی شکایات کو نظر انداز کیا گیا اور عمران خان کو مسلسل قید تنہائی میں رکھا گیا۔ جیل میں ناقص انتظامات کی وجہ سے ان کی صحت متاثر ہوئی ہے اور اس کا اثر آنکھ پر ہوا جس کی وجہ سے اب آنکھ کے پردے کی رگ میں رکاوٹ (retinal vein occlusion) کی تشخیص ہو چکی ہے۔ یہ غفلت نہیں بلکہ یہ ظلم باقاعدہ منصوبہ بندی کے تحت کیا گیا ہے۔
سپریم کورٹ کے اس حکم کے باوجود کہ عمران خان کو ماہر چشم امراض کے ہسپتال میں لے جا کر ان کا علاج کروایا جائے ، بلکہ ایک بار پھر عدالتی حکم کو ردی کی ٹوکری میں ڈال کر “عاصم لاء” کے تحت عمران خان کا علاج جیل میں کروائے جانے پر بضد ہیں۔ عمران خان کو جس قسم کی آنکھ کی بیماری ہے جس میں ان کی پہلے ہی 85 فیصد بینائی جا چکی ہے، اس کا علاج جیل میں ممکن نہیں ہے۔

ہمارا ایک ہی آئینی اور قانونی مطالبہ ہے کہ عمران خان کو فوری طور پر اسلام آباد اشفا انٹرنیشنل ہسپتال میں ان کے ذاتی معالجین کی نگرانی میں علاج کے لیے منتقل کیا جائے۔۔

عاصم منیر کو میرا یہ پیغام ہے کہ تم خود کو مسلمان فوج کا سربراہ کہتے ہو، قرآن کی آیات پڑھتے ہو، مگر عمل سے منہ موڑ لیتے ہو۔تم نے آج تک ظلم اور فسطائیت کی جو داستان رقم کردی ہے اب وہ کسی سے ڈھکی چھپی نہیں۔ اب قوم جاگ چکی ہے اور پوری دنیا یہ ظلم اور نا انصافی دیکھ رہی ہے۔ یہ اب صرف عمران خان کی صحت کا نہیں بلکہ تمہارے ایمان ، تمہاری قیادت اور تمہارے انجام کا امتحان ہے۔

I am a sister, and today my question is directed towards the corridors of power. According to multiple journalists and media sources, our brother, Imran Khan, was taken under the cover of the night to the PIMS Hospital on the pretext of eye treatment. He was kept there for three hours, and then transferred back to Adiala Jail in an atmosphere of extreme mystery and terrifying silence.

If this news is true, it is not merely oppression, it is a blatant crime. Why does no one have the courage to tell the truth to Imran Khan’s family and lawyers? Who is this being hidden from, and on whose orders? What treatment is our brother being subjected to inside the jail, and why are our family and lawyers being kept in the dark?

Imran Khan is not just another prisoner. He is the hope of this nation To endanger his health is nothing less than an attempt to blind the entire country.

This is no longer a request, it is a final warning!

Immediately allow Imran Khan’s family, personal doctors, and lawyers to meet him, make his complete medical reports public, and inform the nation why and in what conditions our brother was taken to the hospital under the cover of the night.

Remember, if even the slightest harm comes to Imran Khan’s eye, this injustice will not be buried in silence. After that, no one else’s eyes will remain safe.
