Thanks to @TPCentralOdisha. We are now living in rural Bhubaneswar where even a mild rainfall of 5min leads to power cut off . This is happening since last few weeks .

@BUniversiy I belong to mbbs batch 2018-23 from @MedicalMkcg. Till now we haven’t recieved our degree certificate and another batch has passed out from the college after us. @GovernorOdisha please look into this .
