It is interesting that there are not many standard high-end Nigerian restaurants in most other African countries that I visit. There are Bukas (literally and figuratively), but no major chain like 805 (which regularly saves my life in Accra) exists elsewhere in Africa. This is an opportunity.

We were about 8 Nigerians and 2 Ghanaians who went out in Lomé on Saturday evening, and the food at the Chinese restaurant was horrible. Chinese restaurants are everywhere; why not Nigerian restaurants?

They can also double as event centers. This Chinese restaurant with horrible food gave us our own private room for our dinner, which was held in honor of a Nigerian who was relocating.

Suya alone is also a scalable opportunity. My best man buys and freezes suya from Glover Road to take to Manchester from Lagos. This is another massive opportunity. Vacuum-packed Suya for export. Kilishi is tiring.

@InibeheEffiong I had a really bad experience with them earlier this month, with delayed flights and repeated downgrades.

I have to say, they are beginning to give me the same vibes Arik gave before things started falling apart and AMCON eventually stepped in.

I really hope all is well.

@saspist @Parody_RCGP I doubt it was at Trust level. Most likely higher up. We get letters from 2 acute trusts with such and from Mental Health trust sometimes signed off at "Team".

Doctors are already held to account prescribing based on advice of secondary care clinician. Often times letters do not indicate if the clinician is a Doctor or an ACP/PA

@PeterSee8 @AliJaneMoore Triage requires the more senior as their experience and expertise lead to more efficient, accurate, and safer patient assessment and flow. PA should never be doing any triage
