.@XfinitySupport A secondary user called into Customer Service tonight to solve a problem with her mobile billing.

Why was that user changed to the primary and I was locked out of my billing on the main account? Without any kind of verification on my end, despite TFA.

Daily reminder that cops lie. I was talking to my 85 y/o neighbor on her stoop. She was expecting a plumber. Random guy walks up. She asks “you the plumber?” he says “yea I’m the plumber” with a chuckle, and walks up the steps towards her open front door. Something seems off.
