Getting my @2GoCup_org coffee before @LimerickCouncil budget meeting 2022. It’s always challenging to get anything through as the only @SocDems rep on Council. However, this year I have requested the budgeting of free period products to be available in all Council building 💜

It's always okay to talk about your time of the month. The more we talk about periods and menstrual health, the more people can understand what is normal/abnormal about their bodies.

This, of course, includes access to period products. Periods are often not thought about. Purchasing food or other essentials are bought over period products.

Period products are also essential.
