How often do you think some exercise needs to be done to help someone with non specific low back pain? π€
What about sub acromail shoulder pain? π€π€
Or how about anterior knee pain? π€π€π€
These exercises would be suitable for most ACL injuries in the first few weeks following injury to help the knee get "quiet" before progressing to a more high-quality rehab plan to prepare the knee better for surgery, or continue in a non-operative manner.
