NOW OVER A MILLION VIEWS. Are you listening @Keir_Starmer?
More than 3,200 lawyers including 300 top barristers and retired judges have called on you to drop your plan to restrict the right to trial by jury.
30 organisations representing victims of violence against women and girls have written to the Justice Secretary urging him against curtailing the right to jury trials.
Trial by jury is a cornerstone of our democracy and an essential safeguard against authoritarianism. The government has no mandate to restrict it - a move which will put us on a path toward authoritarian justice.
It’s not too late for you to listen to the thousands of voices of victims, judges, barristers, other legal professionals and academics who oppose this.
Please now do the right thing and abandon this blatant act of constitutional vandalism.
Am I the only one to be shocked by #BBC news?
For days, its lead story has been breathless reporting of the US moonshot, repeating something already done nearly 60yrs ago, while the US pounding of Iran, which has huge consequences for all of us, comes 10’ later as an afterthought
‘we’ve also launched an ambitious industrial strategy’
What Starmer is referring to here is Labour’s rebranding of the Tories 12 Freeports and 74 Special Economic Zones, by merging them with AI Growth Zones under the collective title of Industrial Strategy Zones.
The Petition That Rattled the Cage
When I submitted petition 729478 demanding transparency and accountability for the UK’s so-called “Industrial Strategy Zones” (the new branding for Freeports and Investment Zones), they expected pushback. What I got on 28 November 2025 was something far more sinister: a government response so drenched in doublespeak it could win awards for Orwellian prose.[1]
The petition asked two simple things:
1. Release data on governance, funding and operations
2. Conduct an independent review to assess whether these zones deliver value or just displace existing jobs
The government’s response? “We don’t believe a further independent review is required.”
The Big Lie: “Same Laws and Regulations”
Government Claim:
“All ISZs are subject to the same laws and regulations as the rest of the UK.”
What That Actually Means:
Absolutely nothing.
If these zones operated under identical rules to the rest of the country, they would be pointless. The entire purpose of carving out 86 deregulated fiefdoms across England, Scotland and Wales – from Plymouth’s 75km-radius blob (which swallows Dartmoor National Park whole) to Suffolk’s A14 corridor – is to create regulatory divergence.
And the government’s own documents prove it.

They will lose the entire Middle East not just the Strait of Hormuz.
🚨HOLY SHIT !!!!!
Israeli politician Yitzik Kroizer says killing Palestinian children is normal if it supports the IDF mission.
He adds there are no innocent children in the West Bank.
Repost this. Please I beg you
Nigel Farage refuses to apologise for the appalling Grenfell comments of the Housing Chief who he hired and fired.
Claiming it is the same as apologising for everything that happened in the last couple of hundred years.
He is a scumbag of the lowest calibre.
We all know Brexit is dead in the water. Even the Brexiteers know, though they won’t admit it in public.
So much money lost every single week by being outside the EU. Money that could be used throughout the UK.
Give us a follow if you have the same thoughts.
More than 100 international law experts express "profound concern" about serious violations of international law by the US, Israel and Iran.
US-Israeli decision to attack on Iran was a clear breach of the United Nations Charter.
Who will enforce the law?

And magically nobody is talking about them anymore.
Ted Lieu on camera:
"The Epstein files are being blocked because they show Trump raped children."
A sitting congressman said this on the record.
The Green Party have proposed a policy where the highest paid person in a company could only earn 10x as much as the lowest, currently the ratio is over 1000x in some companies.
Do you agree?
The Meningitis outbreak could have been prevented by vaccination.
The Meningitis vaccine is currently available to Year 10/11 pupils and under 25's for free, still only 79% are taking it.
Get your vaccines they save lives.
Superbugs resistant to antibiotics are rising fast. I tested water at Lough Neagh (40% of Northern Ireland’s drinking water) & found high levels of antibiotic-resistant genes from human & livestock poo. If we treat waters like sewers, this is what we get. https://t.co/zgi2YkyR6I
Funny how many self-proclaimed ‘patriots’ spend huge amounts of time and effort avoiding taxes that pay for 🇬🇧 hospitals, schools, roads, defence and all the rest.
Reform is treated by much of the broadcast media as though it is the official Opposition and next government. Could @ChrisMasonBBC@BethRigby@itvpeston etc therefore please apply to this scam the same levels of scrutiny and news value as the lesser sums involved in the tax affairs of @AngelaRayner …. Thank you for your attention to this matter and well done @Gabriel_Pogrund
