Is there any way to get an engineer out to confirm what additional work might be required for installation before we sign up with you, please? Just moved into a rental which shows as OpenReach being available in the building.
@WeAreOpenreach Hi Gary, go if it shows as 'available' does that mean the infrastructure is already in place for the address with no additional external work required?
I've noticed that some fibre providers say service is 'available' even when they'd need to do a whole new install etc.

@O2 Hi team, thank you! I was told that I couldn’t switch directly to the USwitch tariff, and the best that could be done price wise within O2 was twice as expensive.
So basically I have to cancel an agreement to start another agreement. Feels like a bit of a waste of time tbh!
@O2 I’m an existing customer & I’d like to switch to another tariff I’ve seen on @UswitchUK.
I’ve spoken with support & they’ve said that I need to cancel my current agreement (my initial contract has expired) and then start a new contract.
Is that right, please?

Customers should not be told that we have to pay the fee or have the test. I was told this by the assistant who logged me in for my eye test.
