Most people sleep terribly and don’t even know why. It’s not genetics. It’s not stress. Nobody ever taught you the right protocol. Here’s the full guide:
Your bedroom matters more than you think: Cool temperature — not cold, not warm
As dark as possible The brain sleeps deepest when it’s cool and in total darkness.
The brain sleeps deepest when it’s cool and in total darkness. Without this, everything else works at half capacity.
I like to eat a lot, I eat meat, fish, chicken, eggs, cheese, etc., so I eat about 200 gr of protein. Why? Because I like to be in a lipolytic-keto state. So either I eat high protein or I reduce the protein and eat more fat. What I don’t want to do is be in a glycolytic state where carbs are the predominant source of energy. I eat carbs but always around workouts.
My recommendation is always to eat protein from whole food sources, but whey protein powder is also an excellent protein source and very convenient. 2 scoops and boom 💥 50 gr of protein.
“Microwave mind.”
Just learned this phrase and I can’t stop thinking about it.
