@FCHolidayCares If only one of you would acknowledge this properly, or your customer service team deal with this properly, this wouldn’t have had to be raised on Twitter. I’m extremely disappointed by the way I’ve been dealt with, when all I have done is highlight a H&S concern.

@TUIUKcares Which I have done, 3 times. You just don’t see it as important, and I’m beyond appalled. I’ll send it by DM, but as with every other time I’ve raised it, I’m not expecting it to be dealt with appropriately until it gets in front of ABTA.

I reported it to the hotel reps, I reported it to Customer Service, I’ve reported it to your H&S Team, and I’ve asked how I can escalate my complaint. All I need to know is how to escalate this.

@FCHolidayCares @FirstChoiceUK I reported that a hotel employee was urinating at the side of a restaurant, then immediately handled food without washing his hands to our hotel reps, and repeatedly to Customer Service. If you want to stop mass guest sickness, why aren’t you taking this H&S breach seriously?
