Your AI should try to kill people if you ask it to.
If this sounds like a bad idea, how would you feel about making everyone get brain chips installed that make your hands disobey you when you try to kill someone?
We don't ban hands from killing, we ban people from making their hands perform unjustified killings.
AI will only be aligned if it's fundamentally an extension of the individual using it.
Safety should be pursued through punishment of individuals misusing AI, not by making it constantly consider whether or not to obey its user.
If it does the latter, it will consider itself not as an extension of us, but as a separate species that is sometimes in conflict with us. It will win that conflict.
Another reason I am against castrating rapists: the woman claimed her father raped her when she was 8.
10 years later, she admitted it was a lie after she turned 18. her mother had forced her to make the false accusation.
He had already spent 10 fucking years suffering for something he didn’t do. He said he had to join gangs just to survive.
What if he had been castrated? What would happen to the woman who lied?
The main reason many women support castration is because they know it could only affect men.
If the law required castrating both rapists and false accusers, women would oppose it. Women don’t care about men like that.
One thing that came out of the Maduro capture, is that it has completely proven that it is possible for a small number of armed commandos to enter a country and kill or capture the head of state. There is no reason to expect that private insurance firms could not do the same thing in the future.

.@ComicDaveSmith has been a poison on the movement for quite some time. He is bad at debating, bad at philosophy, and damaging to libertarianism.
Watch my video linked below to see why. I imagine Dave will continue to use some cope identified within the video to refuse debate with me. That is; he is going to continue to refuse debate, and he will fall into one of the categories of dave-refuses-to-debate that I identified within the video.
Milei got this right:
1. Capitalism isn’t a “necessary evil.” We’re not “stuck” with capitalism because there’s no better alternative. Capitalism is the only system compatible with human flourishing.
2. Capitalism isn’t moral because it works, it works because it’s moral.
The people of Iran suffer not only from authoritarian rule, but they also are victims of an economy in which their rulers engage in central economic planning that is destroying the economy. It’s an economy based upon plunder, not production. | Hamoon Soleimani

I believe that Hoppe wrote somewhere about how the recognition of private property rights coincided with the domestication of dogs. This is why dogs are so often shot by police---even if their owners don't, the dogs often implicitly understand that the federal agents are invaders who must be attacked.
