@SteelyDannnnnn I kinda get that, but trust me it tends to look really bad for these Expressive Backgrounds! Some do have them if it looks good though.

Kyurem doesn't move because I made this custom sprite for him (using the existing sprite) and I haven't animated it!

@thebbdisciple It's possible on a technical level to implement this, but for balance reasons we're going to keep the Gen V implementation.

Some mons are balanced around not having access to later moves!
