I will forever be grateful to my parents for introducing us to isiko lasekhaya while also teaching us to balance it with Christianity. They showed us that we can honour our heritage, embrace our culture, and still walk in our faith. 🤍

I don’t want my daughter to be like me. I want her to speak up sooner. Walk away faster. Trust herself deeper. Apologize less. Take up more space. Ask bigger questions. Dream louder. And if that means she becomes everything I wasnt… GOOD!
I wouldn’t be where I am today without the love and support that @MichelleObama has poured into me over the years. Her story — from her South Side roots to the White House and beyond — is a central part of the Obama Presidential Center.
I watched my friend cry in her car for 30 minutes, then walk inside smiling and joking like nothing had happened. People are really fighting silent battles every day while still showing up and making others smile.
A Gen Z challenged HR Lady this morning at work and refused to sign a warning..
The warning is for late coming..
Her ground is, she normally comes in at the same time with the HR Lady now she demands to see the HR warning to herself too...🔥🔥🔥🔥
I never felt so represented in my life🙌🏿🙌🏿🔥
My friend recently took her parents on a trip to Durban. In their elderly years, they had never been there before… and to be honest, she was worried.
Her father is on 18-hour oxygen, and she kept asking herself, will he manage? But look at him… look closely. Is this even the same person?
He spent the whole day without connecting to his machine. The glow, the laughter, the happiness on his face… that’s something money can never buy.
In that moment, she didn’t just take them on a trip she gave them an experience. She saw their inner child come alive again.
And honestly… she was so proud of herself for that 🤍
Onezwa Mbola's life is RICH in all respects. She grows her own non-GMO food, vegetables, herbs, meat from animals and chickens she breeds. She lives in a coastal village in the Eastern Cape, so she walks a short distance to the ocean to get her seafood, from oysters, mussels, fish you name it. She grinds her own samp and mielie meal, uses a traditional grinding stone that I last saw when my grandmother was still alive. She makes her own pasta from scratch with a machine. From time to time she cooks a feast for the community. You can see how smooth and glowing her skin is that there is no food poison in her system. To say I admire her life and lifestyle is an understatement. I love her and follow her content. Her videos are not downloadable, so I hope you can access or check it out. ❤️
