@SBakerMD@bisping I started eating at least a pound a day of meat a year-and-a-half ago and went from the picture on the left, at 300 lb, to the one on the right at 180 lb. Technically, it is keto, but the change came when I upped the beef!
@BiggestComeback Nice form, @BiggestComeback . I was once a heavy overhead presser (reps at 285 lbs), but now prefer the machines because of my back. Some may encounter issues at light weight/high reps. Pinched nerves in traps is no joke.
@Pack_Daddy V. happy to hear @JJLahey on your new pods. He is one of the few I can listen to regularly. Good talker and also PFF insightful. His show with @GilPackers is at the top of my playlist, but would like to hear more.
@DrTottenham Good discussion on the Y** word. It was one of the things that attracted me to #coys. Whose side does one take in this world? I side with the ones haters call Y****. Thus, it is my song too. But I would not sing if offends Jews--they have right of first refusal.
@ztranche I always anticipate a #coys blinder against City. Seeen it too many times. Their aces played liked it today, whereas in previous matches I recall CoCo and Sissoko owning things.
Favorite #coys pod excoriates Lucas's fascists, but touts communism. Scoreboard -- but I am not in business of backing fascists and other murderers. Interesting that Inquisition is trotted out as chief evil, yet it resulted -- over hundreds of years -- in fewer than 1% of deaths.
@DrTottenham Sonny is as much a striker as Lautauro was at Inter, and I think Lucas would be better in the Barella role than at right back. Bottom line for me: #coys need five in the midfield, 3-5-2. Even I would sacrifice Lucas in the 11 for Kulu as a 10.
@BardiTEI Someday you must explain why Inzaghi pulls his best players late in matches, even when the result is still in question. I watched a half a season last year of Lazio; he was infuriating. The only attacking player he did not pull was Sergej M-S.
@WDRPodcast When I was a young grad student I paraded as a Marxist until someone pointed out to me that everywhere it has been tried Marxism resulted in millions of deaths. There are untold evils in this world, but killing of the innocent is the supreme.
@WDRPodcast I have listened to @WDRPodcast for six years, and actually listened to the previous years. It is my favorite pod. So I am complicit. But you folks do not understand the principles of satire is you think the death-dealing communist handle is satiric. "Slopes of Miami" I get.
@a_bit_spursy I did not know which was which, though I know it was a Yank who said it. I checked my sources on Twitter first, FYI. And it does not stress me out. And, I enjoy AFL, but it is not consistently viewable over here.
@a_bit_spursy I suppose you have heard this enough by now, but your explanation of Houston/Seattle baseball franchises was off. (I do not need to repeat was is easily accessible on Wikipedia.)
