@AgencySpy Don't SAY anything, DO. Ensure, then show full Black representation on your leadership team + every level, and that Black talent is just as welcomed, hired, promoted, valued, championed, celebrated, compensated, bonused, rewarded and gets to thrive in your agency as much as white
Dear creative community, please do not send me another idea for a stunt to show that we support the African American community. Instead, hire more African Americans for the agency. Or help us evolve the diversity agenda here in my company (cause we need it). Actions, not ads.
Hire black interns. Hire black writers. Hire black designers. Hire black art directors. Hire black creative directors. Hire black producers. Hire black account managers. Hire black strategists. Hire black media planners. Hire black directors. Hire black editors. #blacklivesmatter

I just gotta say this. I’m on an internal call right now to review and give feedback on some creative ideas and there are FIVE women creatives, THREE of them are black women, and one of those black women? She’s the boss.
And the ideas? They’re 🔥
We really can’t be stopped. 💪🏽
