Ordered Chicken Biryani from @Swiggy (Biryani By Kilo). The chicken was stinking. Completely inedible.

Reported it immediately. Their “resolution”? ₹195 refund on a ₹977 order. Seriously?

This isn’t just bad service, it’s a food safety issue.
