@SUBWAY took money from me in the app. Restaurant refers you to corporate, and corporate refers you to the restaurant. I'm now dedicating a good portion of my life to warning others.
@SUBWAY placed delivery order first time using app & it was the worst order error. & they won’t even refund & there is nowhere on app to make complaint or ask for help
@SUBWAY how do I get a refund for a duplicate order that your app messed up on? They said they couldn’t do it in the store. Already filled out feedback form and got a reply from owner but no way to reply to resolve the issue! Help!
2. Store says they won't fulfill the order and that they cannot give me my money back. No mechanism for support on @SUBWAY website or app. No mechanism for refund request. I guess I'll just have to have my bank dispute the charge and I'll never purchase Subway again.
Placed an order using the @SUBWAY app and was double charged. That was 22 days ago and still no refund. Maybe I should start going to @jerseymikes 🤷🏾♂️
