It just goes to show the the BPA is trying to raise standards in Private Parking, while the IPC is, and has always been, a chocolate teapot to allow the knuckle-dragging ex-clampers to keep breaking the rules, forging statements and suing when they have no right to operate.

How can an "officer" of a parking company have been issued with a UK driving licence when she was 15 years and 4 months old, which a solicitor and commissioner of oaths was prepared to certify? Can you guess which ATA the company in question belongs to? Answers on a postcard...
