Product -> Market
There's too much emphasis on "Product" in the product-market fit process
Finding PMF isn't just about shipping new features quickly
Its also about deciding who a product is meant for in the "Market"
"Who are we solving this problem for?" remains the single most important product question and doing proper discovery here uncovers other critical inputs:
- Who has the most pain?
- How much are they willing to pay?
- What does their workflow look like?
- Where can we reach them?
- How should we message our product to them?
Shipped ๐ข
Excited to share we have shipped our most requested feature since launch - Feedback Priorities!
Users told us they wanted to easily identify similar feedback expressed by customers so they could prioritize better and faster. Well, we listened.๐ก
Priorities sifts through 10s of customer transcripts or 1000s of survey responses in seconds. No more spending days or hours doing manual analysis.

It's hard to believe GPT3 (the tech behind ChatGPT) was made public ~2 years ago.
But it never took off until now and this Steve Jobs clip explains why.
