I try to call them back after they leave 2 voicemails and they don’t leave me with a phone number to call or an extension for the business line. When I call back it hangs up.

I called @Steam and @valvesoftware to see if they’re able to help me from the back end of the steam launcher. At first I wanted account retrieval, now I just want to play gta 😂

Hey @RockstarSupport, why did you randomly close my ticket without helping? I’m not sure why you refused to do a callback and then closed the ticket without confirming there was nothing else I needed help with. You only did 1/4 of the things I needed help with.

@veritycomic @RockstarSupport @RockstarGames Yes they are. I told them that the email on the account has been misspelled and I don’t have access to it. They respond with “we have send an identity verification to the email of the account. Before we proceed, you must open the email” 😂😂 It’s like they don’t read your message
