@KeithGue@BarneyTremaine Obviously because we had 6 remaining headland passes to finish the field we were on, it has rained enough to stop play here 🤦🏻♂️
@BarneyTremaine Looks awesome. I’d really like to do some into the green like that but we tend to spread fym or slurry on everything if we can so need to spray off first. I have soil envy… we have a bit like that but the rotovator is more one size fits all.
@BarneyTremaine Straight in. We have a strip cultivator that we will use in one or two tighter fields, and have a couple that are still down for the full works. 325 acres going in, 250 should be one pass as we stand although with the job its doing perhaps more 🤷🏻♂️. Hope yours is going well today
@PhilNash2 That’s my thinking. Certainly the earliest start we have ever managed, let’s hope it pays on this block and we can get it turned around at the other end promptly!
@KeithGue Would be fair to say I’m slightly relying on this rain bring a bit of warmer weather with it! And I’m curious so thought I’d nibble a bit off, we shall see
@IssyAnstey The crux of the issue explained far better than I could! I don’t disagree that we should pay our fair share of tax, I just feel that the line has been put in the wrong place!
We celebrated 25 years on the farm with Paul this morning. This man has been doing early morning feeding and scraping almost as long as I’ve been alive, before going to do a days work. A true inspiration to us all and a bloody good bloke. They don’t make them like that anymore!
