Three interview calls in the first week. An offer in about a month.
That’s what one ApplyAll customer shared after struggling to get interviews on his own.
After 125 applications, Jeff was drained and still looking for a reply.
ApplyAll helped him send applications to 200 more roles. That led to 11 additional interviews, including several final rounds.
Those interviews gave him more practice and confidence along the way.
Jeff ended up getting an opportunity through his network.
But he also said that without going through ApplyAll, he wouldn’t have had the practice that helped him get that final opportunity.
A big number on your resume can catch someone’s eye. A believable one can keep it.
If you include a metric, give it context: what changed, over what period, and how you measured it. “Improved efficiency by 20%” doesn’t say much on its own.
After months of applying without getting interviews, Frank took a closer look at where his opportunities were coming from.
In one month, 4 of his 5 interviews came through ApplyAll.
“The process just works,” he said. “Especially ongoing until you find the right role.”
Lauren said she wouldn’t have been employed by the company she’s at now if she hadn’t had ApplyAll.
Then she called us “very amazing,” “very successful,” and said she’d 100% recommend us.
Lauren, thank you 🥰 We’re so happy we got to be part of this.
“The subscription was invaluable to my mental health.”
Molly said that knowing a dedicated team was taking care of the straightforward applications let her put her energy into tapping her network.
Dream role secured. 🎉
“You all were keeping the pipeline going and hope alive for me.”
They found the role themselves, while ApplyAll kept the rest of their job search moving in the background.
Couldn’t be happier for them.
I’d want to hear how they did that! Numbers help, but context matters just as much. It shows what you did when the work got hard. That’s the part a person reading your résumé can connect with & is what creates an open loop/instigates an interview request.
I think a lot of people undersell themselves on their résumé because they’re trying to sound professional.
“Led content teams through a website migration” sounds fine, but the real story is 80% of the team quit, there were 74,000 pages, and they still got it done on time.
“I got the confirmation on the offer yesterday. It has been a bumpy ride.”
Better title, better compensation, and potentially a move to Boston.
Really happy to see this one end with a decision about what comes next, instead of another application to send.
