@TheRealHoarse Great post. In Australia & New Zealand we have ANZAC Day (Veterans Day) when many say “Never forget”. I was pleased to hear that some say “We will remember” and I always say that.
@SundaeDivine I live in Australia/ born in New Zealand & visit my elderly mother there often. I have seen the ‘masks’ come off too. It very noticeable in NZ where the ‘psyche’ is less altruistic now. Pandemic/shutdown PTSD? Trumpism emboldening global extreme thinking?
@Peter_Fitz “They’re asking questions of the opposition.”
What questions?
“What do think of the weather lately?”
“Where’s a good restaurant in this town?”
“Did you like that pass I just threw?

@CosmicRami Seriously? You have so much dry toast. Yuk. Spread the butter all the way into the corners, then smear all the way too. Some days are minimal vegemite, others you need a proper hit! Don't judge people until you walk a mile in their shoes.
@AbnormalWrench @BFT_Neelix @SethAndrewsTTA Bloody heck, if someone is so desperate they have to shoplift condoms, I'd be willing to buy them for them.
@samanthamaiden I think it’s a fragile ego thing. Some guys feel emasculated when a woman betters them. I am not sure it’s curable. Especially when so many men still go to the pub and have to be the dominant male. Or go to Parliament House and behave that way
