Am not an expert but assume the average car needs 0.22kwh per km. Assume that an average Kenyan will drive 20km per day, therefore he will need to charge 4.4kwh.

Assuming he is charging at home for four hours, then he needs 1.1kW.
For 100,000 vehicles charging will need 1,100MW
