OVERALL BEST: Member of parliament, Prof Job Amupanda, graduated cum laude this afternoon with a Postgraduate Diploma in Heritage Conservation and Management from the University of Namibia (Unam).
The leader of the Affirmative Repositioning movement was named the university’s top postgraduate student, earning the vice-chancellor’s medal, a certificate of achievement and a cash prize of N$1 000.
A product of Unam, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and a Doctoral of Philosophy in Political Studies (PhD) in Political Studies, the 38-year-old also holds two honours degrees from the Stellenbosch University.
