@OptimumHelp If you try to cancel your services be prepared to sit on the phone for over 4 hours speak to 16 people, THEN HAVE THEM TELL YOU THE CANCELATION DEPARTMENT ISN'T WORKING! THUS MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE! OPTIMUM IS BASICALLY ROBBING ME!

@OptimumHelp If you like to agree to a service and to an agreed upon amount and then 6 months later have your service downgraded without your knowledge and then have them charge you double the amount that was agreed upon, then you should get OPTIMUM!
