ABSOLUTE BLOODBATH 🚨
₹4 trillion has been wiped out from the Indian stock market today after PM Modi's speech.
Sensex and Nifty both more than 1.%.
PM Modi went on national television Sunday night asking citizens to stop buying gold, avoid foreign travel and cut fuel consumption to save foreign exchange "by any means necessary."
A Prime Minister does not say that on national television unless the situation is already serious.
When I saw this video, my first thought was that the earth, very often, sends us messages.
This tree, facing constant winds, is still standing, & has neither fallen nor been uprooted.
Instead it’s been shaped by it.
And developed its own unique aesthetic & identity.
We have to recognize & accept that tough times & tragedies are part of the journey.
They don’t define us, they simply give us our own unique personalities & capacities…

After encroaching on Platforms 2 and 3 of New Delhi Railway Station, a mosque has now allegedly been built there.
Why are such mosques and dargahs always found on railway station and railway land?
Is the Railway Department so deeply asleep that it does not even realize when its land is stolen or occupied?
Or they deliberately allow these encroachments?”
The market has crashed many times.
But here’s what most people don’t tell you:
• 1929 — The stock market crashed 89%
• 1973 — The stock market crashed 48%
• 1987 — The stock market crashed 34%
• 2000 — The stock market crashed 49%
• 2008 — The stock market crashed 55%
• 2020 — The stock market crashed 44%
Every crash felt like the end of the financial world.
But something remarkable happened after every single one:
The market eventually recovered and went on to make new all-time highs.
If you had invested $1,000 in 1929 and simply stayed invested,
that investment could be worth over $3.3 million today.
The lesson is simple:
Time in the market beats timing the market.

IRCTC came with IPO in October 2019 at a price of ₹320 per share.
> IPO was over subscribed 112 times.
> Listed strongly at ₹644 on the BSE, a 101% premium to the upper price band.
> By early 2020 stock price reached ₹1,800 (Pre- split).
> In October 2021, the price jumped to ATH of ₹6,369 (pre-split). Narrative of IRCTC platform and earning made this happen.
> Then crashed over 20% in a single day.
>
On October 20, 2021, the stock hit a lower circuit after an F&O ban entering a prolonged downtrend.
> Since that downtrend it never breached its ATH, except making significant jump in 2024 peak.
> Price is still above IPO, but those believed in the story are trapped at higher levels.
But the What went wrong here?
The IPO was highly overvalued with hype, narrative and the stories of monopoly.
> At the time of the IPO, it was peddled at a PE ratio of 251.
Peak Hype:
Just for revenue of 1879 crores the company was enjoying Market Cap of 1 lakh crores.
Major Jigjag in FnO Stock:
In Oct month of 2021, Railway Ministry decided to reinstate a 50% revenue-sharing ratio with IRCTC on convenience fees. This led a sudden crash in stock proce.
The biggest mockery of the decision is that it was withdrawn during that day itself.
🤑🤑 Some insiders played a fishy game as usual.
